InTouch are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, supportive and sensitive to the needs of seniors to join their team as a Health and Wellbeing Project Officer.
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering an annual programme of residents’ and participants’ personal development, health & wellbeing support activities and projects. Running a caseload of support work, advice and guidance and training for residents.
You'll have the opportunity to be based at Southern Housing Offices in Kent, London and/or Sussex.
