Our Trustees

Sarah joined the NHS in 2002 and has built extensive knowledge and experience throughout her continued career. She has a wealth of knowledge on strategy development, organisational design and people leadership. Her development has seen her now as the Chief People Officer for North Central London Integrated Care Board, which commissions care for a population of 1.8m across five boroughs in London and has approximately 90,000 staff within the NHS and social care organisations.

Ralph is an international business professional and Non-Executive Director.

He has an outstanding record of achievement; delivering substantial growth, market expansion and profitability enhancement within diverse sectors including Telecoms, IT, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods.

Ralph operates equally effectively within Consultant, Executive and NED roles, with proven experience in stakeholder management, restructuring programmes, change management, sales development initiatives and acquisitions.

Ralph is recognised as an extremely effective communicator; with the gravitas to influence and operate at the very highest level and the ability to motivate multi-functional teams to achieve demanding objectives.

Ralph's hobbies and interests are golf, fly fishing, watching rugby, travel and spending time with his family.

As well as being a Trustee for the Fresh Visions charity, Grace is also a resident board member at Optivo, one of the largest housing providers in the UK.

Grace is an experienced nurse with extensive knowledge of holistic care as well as the health and social care field. She has a striking passion for customer service and wellbeing.

Alexandra West

Alexandra West is a digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of branding and communications for organisations in the charity and retail sectors. Working with creative teams, she has implemented a wide range of digital and marketing campaigns. She has considerable experience in developing and managing websites both from 'hands-on' and strategic perspectives.

Alexandra is a member of London University's mentoring pathways programme supporting a student by providing careers advice. In her spare time she practises various sports and enjoys film, food, theatre, travel and walking.

Janet is a CIPFA accountant with over 30 years’ public sector experience.

She has worked at a number of local authorities in both housing and corporate finance and was previously Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Finance at City West Homes.

She has also worked as a consultant providing financial consultancy and training for public sector organisations, especially on social housing finance and value for money.

She is an experienced non-executive having been a board member and Chair of Audit Committee within the housing sector.

Janet is currently also a board member and Chair of Audit and Risk at Advance Housing and Support.
